Kacper Spórna is the Founder of Real Performance and a performance marketing specialist with over eight years of experience. He developed his expertise at leading advertising agencies and media organisations, delivering campaigns for both private businesses and public sector clients.
He specialises in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, lead generation and e-commerce marketing. By combining strategic business thinking with a data-driven approach, he designs campaigns focused on measurable business growth.
At Real Performance, he is responsible for marketing strategy, campaign planning, analytics and business development.
Michał Warowny
Head of Audio Production
Michał Warowny is the creative force behind Real Performance, bringing nearly two decades of experience in music production and audio engineering. As a producer, sound designer and audio engineer, he creates sound that strengthens brand communication and evokes emotion.
Throughout his career, he has worked both on stage and in the studio, collaborating with artists and commercial brands alike. He received a Gold Record Award for mixing and mastering the album Aleshen I and has contributed as a producer to tracks that have reached millions of streams across digital platforms. He specialises in music production, sound design, audio post-production, radio commercials, podcasts and digital audio content.
At Real Performance, he oversees the development of the audio studio and manages end-to-end audio production—from concept to final mix and mastering.
Mariusz Budujewski
Head of Video Production
Mariusz Budujewski is a cinematographer and camera operator with nearly 20 years of experience in the film industry. At Real Performance, he is responsible for delivering high-quality video productions that combine cinematic storytelling with commercial effectiveness.
He graduated from the Faculty of Film and Photography in Łódź. Alongside his work at Real Performance, he collaborates with production houses and advertising agencies, creating content for recognised brands while also working as a camera operator on television productions. His experience across commercial and broadcast productions enables him to create compelling visual content that effectively supports brand communication.
Igor Wołek
Communications Strategist
Igor Wołek is a communications specialist with extensive experience gained in traditional media, international corporate environments and commercial projects. He has led digital communications for a global organisation in the UK and has significant expertise in public relations and political communications.
Combining a background in journalism with expertise in copywriting, communication strategy, video production and public relations, he approaches every project from multiple perspectives.
